Las Vegas, it is always wonderful to go back and see everyone. Unfortunately, we didn't get to visit with all that we wanted because of our crazy medical appointments. We crammed a years worth of doctor's appointments in 1 week. 

This is our building Jeff and I had built in 2006. Our son, Nathan, owns the business of executive suites and virtual offices, occupying most of the building.

Thanks to Marcus and his spectacular company, Body Fit, Jeff & I have stayed in shape with Marcus's skills & drills. His invention of his workout walls are so innovative. While we were in Vegas, he whipped our butts again.  Below is Marcus and I doing a workout on his wall.

Warrior Race, Copper Mountain

Our daughter Tamara accomplished the entire Warrior Dash in only 50 minutes. She was on a team of 9.  There were 11 different obstacles that challenged them. Here are some great photos. 

Tamara & her teammate finished this crazy and muddy race in 50 minutes.  She was all smiles!

Bike trail from Frisco to Vail Pass.  We passed  through Copper Mountain. 

28 mile bike trail (round trip).  We had to turn around 3 miles before the Vail Summit. It started hailing on us!

I finally got the courage to check something of my Bucket List, Zip Line. Jeff, Tamara and I went to Breckinridge Zip Line and purchased tickets. After riding the gondola up, it started to rain. For safety, they do not let you go in the rain. I guess I will try again.

Mt. Olive, Illinois 

I grew up in Mt. Olive. My sister, Vicky lives in Mt. Olive. We had a fun visit. 

Friends from Mt. Olive and friends from out of town, get together at Donna's gorgeous and elegant Tea Room. Donna and I have known each other since kindgarten. 

Here is our group of ladies that enjoyed lunch this visit. 

Mary Jane and her awesome husband, Farooz invited us for dinner. To our surprise they have a peacock that has adopted their house. Farooz has spoiled this beautiful peacock. He gets nuts everyday to eat. In the snowy wintertime the peacock gets to live on their covered porch.  I went home with some wonderful feathers.

We met a great couple at this RV park. Shared many stories and many glasses of wine at a great bomb fire. They are from Bellville Missouri.
